Our platform provides optional rewarded ads that grant users +1 free vote per completion (subject to a strict 6-hour cooldown interval and a maximum capacity of 3 accumulated claims). Viewing advertisements is entirely voluntary and is not required to browse the public territory map or explore directory rankings.

User authentication data is securely handled via Google Firebase Authentication, while business directory listings and aggregate visitor metrics are maintained across Google Cloud and dedicated encrypted databases utilizing strict access controls and TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit.

6. Public Directory Data & User Responsibility for Submitted Information

When you list a business, company, or digital asset on The Owner Of, you acknowledge and agree that all submitted information (including business names, URLs, physical or regional locations, logos, and descriptions) is intentionally published to the global public web and is viewable by all visitors worldwide.

• No Unauthorized Personal Data: Users are strictly prohibited from submitting private personal home addresses, private mobile numbers, government IDs, or confidential third-party data.
• Sole User Responsibility: Any personal, commercial, or copyrighted data uploaded by a user is the sole legal responsibility of that user. The Owner Of and 42code.net disclaim all liability for public disclosures made by users or third parties.

7. User Rights, Data Portability & Account Deletion (GDPR / CCPA)

• Self-Service: You can delete individual business listings or delete your entire account directly in the Account & Founder Studio drawer.
